My job description of Ghana

話說迦納offer這個機會完全就是個意外
聽說迦納其實並沒有這個工作機會,
而是當地的AIESEC看到我的CV,去跟公司談,公司覺得不錯,於是要求面試
面試也很妙,因為一直明明就是約在我這邊的八點,
對方卻都沒打來,害我去跟David借了網路卻又只好回來
可是當天半夜兩點…我的電話響了…
對! 迦納打來要面試Orz
半夜兩點…..幹的好呀~我還要用英文面試,
不過還好我有瞬間驚醒過來,才不至於迷迷糊糊完成面試
又過了兩天

“ㄟ~迦納要你了”學妹如是說,在我面試的隔兩天

什麼東西呀….會不會太快了一點呀….Orz
請問我之前那些漫長的等待都是什麼東西呀?
就這樣一連串的Orz之後,迦納寄了job Description給我,內容如下
COMPUBANK PRODUCTS LTD Aiesec Traineeship Position
• Coordinating the work of administration department with other departments in the organization
• Oversee organizational activities and offer international perspectives to improve overall organizational results
• Identify, Analyse and give input on business requirements and agree on gap resolutions
• Provide analysis on business needs to optimise profits by focusing on our customers needs and their satisfaction at a profit by efficiently sustaining existing relationships and build new ones.
• Identify and prospect new clients and aggressively market and sell the products of the company
• Maintain very good relationships with clients and handle all clients complaints and find solutions to them
• Assist in the conduct of market and competitor research to identify our position in the market
• Understand the concept of branding and ensure the adherence of all company communication to the required guidelines. • Effective personal planning of the marketing activities to meet monthly marketing objectives and goals set for the department
• Ensure conformity of all presentations to the set standards referred to in the product manual
• Any other responsibility as may be assigned to you by the Marketing Manager or Training Manager.

這些就是他給我的
感覺很不錯,不過…
是迦納耶……感覺就是個很冏的國家
看來會很熱,東西會不合胃口,蚊子會很多,人都很黑,連柏油路可能都找不到

不過要是我回來,會不會公司因為看到我的CV,
發現我連迦納都待的下去,一定耐操又好用而搶著要我呢?(幻想中)

我到底要不要去呢?.....哎哎~陷入長考中
